Does Your Curriculum Vitae Include: (these key features)
  1. Qualifications - elaborate on the type of training, number of years spent in a residency program, postings/rotations explaining the course content. The nature of examination - written, clinical, oral, thesis etc.(*see application form AON-SB below)

  2. Experience - places worked, size of the institution, type of work done, -go into details (use a separate sheet to elaborate)

  3. Continuing professional development (continuing medical education)
    Seminars, conferences , workshops attended. Papers presented etc

  4. 3 x Referee reports -at least one should be from a person working in the same institution/place where you are.
