Why do I have to Login to this site?

Information held by Recruit-A-Doc® is confidential.

Logins are the first part of a security system which enables you to enter and submit information with confidence that only appropriate persons have access.
Your Login creates a unique identity which allows Recruit-A-Doc® to link your information in an accurate manner.
Remember your password to revisit and update your data anytime. You can change your email or password at any time.

I can't Login in... WHY!!!

Occasionally people mistype their email when registering, which means they never receive the message: " Hi welcome to Recruit-A-Doc this is your login ID & PW.....etc"
So did you receive this email? If not your email was mistyped.....read on

The solution is to register again, and unless somebody else is using your email, you'll be into your CV in a few seconds.

Can I Edit My Data ?
Yes, you will receive email confirmation immediately you register.
Re-enter the site at anytime and edit data, but please press the UPDATE button.

Curriculum Vitae. Should I send this now?

Yes please, email your CV in 'word' format but also complete the personal details and
    qualifications screens, especially if you are having a clinical interview.

If you haven't prepared a CV in a while, you may wish to use this template. It was
    prepared by the Medical Board of WA as a preferred format.
Other screens can wait until we request the information.

What Langugae pre-requisites must I have for Medical Registration?

As a GP or Consultant Specialist you need at least 4 years experience, working full time    in your area of expertise.
For any country where English is not the primary language, you must have achieved within the past 2 years an IELTS ( international English langaue  Teasting System ) of: 7 overall in the academic mode, and with not less than 7 in any band of: Reading, Writing, listing and Speech.
In countries where English is the primary language, evidence of completion of 'O' levels, or primary or secondary education is required ( not tertiary.)
We are not able to clinically interview Drs who need IELTS without 7 in all bands.
It is not possible to gain medical registration without IELTS, or equivalent anywhere in Australia.
IELTS equivalents are:
- OET with 'B' minimum in all areas.
- UK PLAB

Our Medical Department doesn't need staff at the moment, so should we enter our data?
Yes. Once your Site data is entered it will enable you to quickly activate the recruitment process later.

Does Recruit-A-Doc® charge fees?

There are no recruitment fees charged to the applicant, these are covered by the employer.
If you require a visa to work in Australia, we do require a fee for the migration agent service. This is generally not covered by your employer.
Permanent residency migration assistence, if requested, is charged separately and is not part of the recruitment package.
